IT Help Desk

The role of the IT Service Delivery Unit in the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) is to provide ICT services on a shared services basis for Government departments.

The IT Service Delivery Unit comprises three sections:

  • IT service delivery
  • IT operations management
  • service planning

The IT Help Desk is the single point of contact for staff who experience an unplanned interruption to their computer hardware, software/application, or network connection, or are requesting information, advice, or access to other services.
