DSGA Data Sharing Agreement and Accession Guidelines

The DSGA Data Sharing Agreement and Accession Guidelines, supported by the Data Governance Board, are designed to strengthen public bodies’, especially Data Officers’, understanding of the governance structures of the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (DSGA). These guidelines apply to both the implementation of DSGA Data Sharing Agreements and DSGA Accession Agreements.
